Imagine being able to predict the market crash of 2000-2002. It's easy to see the value of market forecasting, but to do so accurately and consistently is a difficult endeavor. Many financial analysts have tried and many have failed. It has become commonplace to believe that consistent market forecasting is not possible. This site sets off to provide a quantitative assessment of the efficacy of market forecasting.
